Twitter is contemplating legal action against Elon Musk, Tesla and SpaceX CEO, over his decision to suspend $44 billion (roughly Rs. 3,49,400 crore) takeover deal. The social media platform has hired Wachtell, Lipton, Rosen & Katz LLP, while Musk will be represented by Quinn Emanuel Urquhart & Sullivan. Twitter will file its lawsuit in Delaware next week.
